- Notes / Apuntes: This basket, with its hand-woven linen fabric lining, is simply irresistable, both for its form, texture and colour. We would love to be able to take the credit for its design but it is actually copied from a piece found in an Asturian antiques shop. The shape is almost certainly that of a traditional fisherman´s basket, with the substitution of a lid and shoulder belt with the sturdy handle. And the colour? We can´t say we thought of that either, although our version is a pure scarlet whereas the original basket was a darker shade of red.
